1. Handmade Products
Our jewelry and accessories are handcrafted, so slight variations in bead arrangement, colour and finishing may occur. Certain designs, like Teal Harvest, Terra Muse and Autumn Mosaic, are individually arranged without a fixed pattern. Your necklace will maintain the advertised colour palette and overall style, but no two pieces will be identical.
2. Orders & Payments
Please review your selected designs, quantities, measurements and shipping information before checkout.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution or refund.
3. Processing Times
Waistbeads, necklaces and bracelets: 3–5 business days
Beaded bags: Up to 14 business days
Bulk orders: Processing times depend on order quantity and will be confirmed separately.
Processing times exclude weekends, public holidays and shipping transit times.
4. Custom Orders & Sizing
Please provide accurate measurements when ordering custom sized pieces, especially Waistbeads.
Customisation requests should be discussed and confirmed before checkout. Changes after production begins may not be possible.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed before purchase.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping provider. We will provide tracking information where available.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
We accept returns and cancellations in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Certain genuinely personalised or custom made products may be exempt from the statutory withdrawal right where legally permitted.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Limited-Edition Collections
Some NATU designs are created in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
Availability is subject to stock levels. We cannot guarantee future availability of discontinued designs.
8. Product Care
To help preserve your handmade pieces, avoid excessive pulling, harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and improper storage.
Natural gemstones and delicate beads should be handled with care.
9. Wholesale/Bulk Orders
Wholesale prices, minimum quantities, production timelines and other applicable conditions will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
